Founding Opportunity Partner Agreement

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Independent Partner Status
You are purchasing access to the Founding Opportunity Partner training and system. You are not an employee, contractor, or representative of ApprovedByYou (ABY) or Woje.

Referral Role Only
Partners participate by identifying and referring businesses that may benefit from the Revenue Recovery Briefing. ApprovedByYou handles all sales, contracts, and fulfillment.

No Guarantee of Earnings
Earnings are based solely on successful referrals that become paying clients and whose services are fulfilled. No income or earnings are guaranteed.

Commission Eligibility
Commissions are paid only on completed transactions where services are fulfilled and payments have been successfully collected.

Client Ownership
All referred clients become clients of ApprovedByYou unless otherwise agreed in writing. ApprovedByYou retains the right to manage all sales and fulfillment processes.

Woje White Label Opportunities
Woje is a separate company and independently determines eligibility for any white-label opportunities. Participation in this program does not guarantee access to white-label status.

Training Access
Your purchase provides access to training materials, outreach scripts, and marketing resources designed to help identify businesses experiencing the Market Gap opportunity.

Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access to proprietary training materials and systems, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
